● Adults: Administration of 50 mg-100 mg per day is recommended. The maximum initial daily dose in diclofenac treatment is 100-150 mg. Administration in 2-3 divided doses per day is appropriate. In primary dysmenorrhea, the daily dose, which should be adjusted individually, is 50- 200 mg. An initial dose of 50-100 mg should be administered and, if necessary, increased during subsequent menstrual cycles. Treatment should begin when the first symptom appears. Depending on its intensity, treatment may be continued for a few days.
